During junior year, I served as a tutor at the writing lab. I tutored all levels of students from undergraduate peers to phD students. I have experience with different forms of assignments - essays, reports, technical papers, resumes and statements of purpose. I had the opportunity to work with several international and ESL students.
Student Office Staff
Owen Hall
During sophomore and junior year, I worked as a front desk assistant at Owen Hall. I worked with a team of students who kept the office running for students round the clock. I performed various administrative tasks. Working in this position taught me a lot about teamwork, organization, time management and developed my ability to think on my feet. It also improved my communication skills tremendously.
Student Service Worker

During summer of sophomore year, I worked as a student worker at Owen Hall. I was responsible for cleaning dorm rooms. I learnt a lot of things by working in a team. I discovered it is actually quite difficult to clean a window and wipe out the streaks. It seems easier than it is, but is in fact quite tricky.
